17 yrs old, 5'8, skinnyfat, look like a recessed dog

Step 1: Hair
the ginger pheno fucked me so im tryna gradually darken my hair, prolly gonna do this with coffee grounds or smth
Step 2: Skin
Using beta carotene (30,000 IUs), no visible changes yet but im ~ 4 months in
Step 3: Body
Framemaxx by just working shoulders, biceps, chest, and tris

getting protein sources is difficult af for me
i need to find something i dont need to prepare or need an oven for (dont ask why)

Step 4: Debloat (Most important)
Face is fat as fuck so im currently drinking a shit ton of regular water, coconut water, black coffee, eating bananas, gonna buy some potassium pills and doing 30 -45 mins of cardio.

i can pm pics if you guys wanna give me suggestions

too uncanny and idk what color i should get
brootal, but atleast ginger can look good as long as you can masculinize yourself like a scottish warrior and not a fairy

being ginger is fucking brutal, ur like an animal at the zoo. Walking by a group of girls is awful cuz they always laugh to each other and try to take photos of me. ive only been approached by indian girls

yeah well i cant really get any surgeries considering im 17 so im jus doing small shit rn

Protein sources lol so easy drink 50 raw eggs a day every 20 min
