sounds like you measured the distance between end point of left clavicle to end point of right clavicle, this factors in for sternum breadth as well. Some people will measure biacromial instead of clavicular distance (distance between the start point and end points of the clavicles/collarbones)

13" = 33cm

/2 for seperation of clavicle side

16.51cm per clavicle (sternum included)

forgot sternum breadth measurements but say 3.5cm is a normal measurement or typical

30.01cm/2 = 15cm

Likely smaller than this due to measurements of overall size (ur post is a larp but idc)

Average is IIRC 15.6cm so I would assume you'd be <14.5cm, more than likely <14
