My current cope Stack (what to improve ) + are Aromatase inhibitors actually worth it ?

weight : 63kg *ik a lil fat

im cureently jst on peptides and some cope vitamins my main objective was to jst get out of subhuman hell cuz i was 84kg (obese cuz jester on school too hard)
im doing a normal gym split UL and this is my stack

vitamins :

NAC , D3 + K2 , CALCIUM , ZINC + LIL COPPER , MELATONIN


peptides :

ghk cu - 1g
reta - 2mg

obv ive gone a long way and may dare to say im finally out of sh hell and sub3 (84kg ->63kg) and my skin looks a whole lot better but 1 concern i jst keep going back to is my height (166cm) and honestly after seeing how easy it is to get in decent shape i jst care about highet im 17 and bone age 17 so from what i know hgh wont help me on its own and ive done some reasearch and seen some ppl use AIs to prevent the growth plates from closing and then using HGH too but ive seen little to 0 reaserch on it and i jst dont rlly know bc ik in theory it works but there isnt actual proof and im jst lacking the results i see from other staff any opinons on it ?

there are studys showing AIs will increase the length of time before your growth plates close

To get noticable affects to the growth plate you wouldnpretty much need to nuke your e2, which woukd make your life a living hell

ik but most of them are on 14-16yos and not close to plates closing which is where im at *17yo

Once again retards on .org need precise trials perfectly replicating their stats and doses etc just to consider it, if you want evidence like that sorry bud it's never happening you can forget all about it

thats such a fucking dumb thing to say when u take AIs ur e2 goes to shit which can actually make ur life a living hell so instead of jst randomly taking shit i ask and look for test cases similar to mine cuz why tf would i care if a 12 yo got taller + most stuides on lower ages cant say the end adult height changed bc the ppl in them r too young hence why im looking for older participants

u doing it with AIs ? which ? and do u not feel any joint or bone pain i saw a lot of the studies even in younger groups feel them

Yes, aromasin for now letro later, i do sometimes but it doesn't bother me

The unfortunate truth is that theres no way to meanigfully slow the closure of growth plates across your body without it being a pain in the ass.
Like yes you could nuke e2 and potentially delay closure bit than you have to deal with the sides that come with that.
Or some people hype up fgr3 inhibitors and say theu can "maximise growth during plate closure" ngl i know near to nothing about them other than they would cost $50,000+ and have little literature.
Or limb lengthening surgery whichncompletely ignores the growth plates

what should i do for my height bro something not soo bad for my health i am 16, 175cm i just want to grow
 
i mean its prtty obv all of those are natural supplemnts that might help a BIT but thats it they got no real drastic effects
 
Zero reason you should be taking zinc nac calcium copper or k2.. If you have well rounded diet that has a lot of meat/dairy priority you will not have issues with calcium zinc copper or k2.

If you aren't a livercel you shouldn't be taking nac, nac is used for liver detoxification to drug induced liver injury (Hepatotoxicity). If you want something to take to protect your liver if you're a fat fuck, Take silymarin. That's the clinical drug used for fatty liver disease.

There's Resmetirom too but that requires more professional monitoring.

TL;DR if you have a normal diet you are not deficient in any of those copemins except maybe d3. If you want to protect liver, take silymarin not nac.

You're an idiot if you think blood levels for vitamins/minerals works on daily amount.

Micronutrient density fluctuates daily, normally as humans we eat different foods and different amounts of different foods every day/week.

You do not have to hit the RDA daily to not be deficient in a micronutrient. If I don't eat foods with magnesium for a week, I won't become deficient. Because I can eat magnesium dense foods the next week and be fine for weeks-months.

You don't lose vitamins/minerals often and they aren't used up that much (minerals are used and flushed out a bit more frequently tho).

Vitamin D stays in your systems for months because it is stored. The same applies for other fat soluble vitamins.

Most people who have a balanced diet and aren't malnourished never have vitamin deficiencies jfl only supplement I've taken is vitamin d and magnesium, I have zero deficiencies in any other vitamins and minerals because I literally just eat red meat, nuts, poultry, dairy and carbs.

All your micros are found in dairy and meat. vegetables suck and are unnecessary. nuts are a good addition for magnesium, with fruits being optional for potassium (could literally just eat potatos but ok)

even if ur bloodwork crr shows that your not deficent in zinc for ex ur def not at the top of the right range to be at hence u can still improve and if ur not tryna take steriods every lil improvment like that helps

You don't need to be at top ranges holy shit if you're not deficient it literally doesn't matter for any big difference. Macros matter much more than micros

17 lol alr got caught multiple times for peps if my parents found roids its game over im homeless + thats why im tryna max every single lil thing so i can get the slightest edge im prtty much alr maxxed out on diet with only quality farm products but i lowk have an ED so i eat about 1000-1200cals per day so gotta max some staff out with vitamins like i mentioned

check your plates first and if they aren’t closed then hop on ai immediately
