Since im a poor 15yo on a cut my meals currently are 200g liver per week 200g of high fat pork mincr daily , 5-7 eggs daily and 1l of milk daily, and sometimes i eat baby food
Anything i should add,change or remove?
Fyi it adds up to around 2k kcals daily
