ive done more in the past but this is what i do on daily basis nowadays

- gym (basic beginner routine)

- skincare (salycilic acid, sunscreen, tret, and dermarolling)

- eyebrows (first i make them straight and then pluck them for more PCT. i also use hair wax to make the illusion of more PCT)

- hair (hair iron to straighten hair and have curtains)

- bf (trying to keep it low or ill lose my jaw)

- mouth (stretching with hand couple mins a day)

- lips (drinking a rasberry slushee before going out to get nice red lips that dont look like lipstick. eating rasberries themelves work ttoo)

- neck (basic daily training)

- fashion (always smell nice and wear good outfits)

- eyes (rhoto eyedrops for white af scelra)

yes compared to when i was bloated

i still have the exact same social circle though
