I take 20000IU vitamin and it's what someone should be taking unless they're trying to take a maintenance amount (10k in that case).

Don't overdo the magnesium. There's no benefit and you'll be shitting constantly and wondering why you were ever fitted with a rectum.

Yeah they're good to have as well. They won't supplement anything to it's optimal level but they'll treat most deficiencies.

I personally take all separately at optimal levels just because I research this stuff a lot and get really curious. You can feel the difference though.
