The Apremilast is worth about $12k (called Otezla in the USA), the tofacent (called Xeljanz) is worth about $6k. So the total is actually about $20k jfl. Just shows how fucked the American health care system is

Both those meds have patents so no generics are available, but, Bangladesh has a special waiver through the World Health Organization which allows them to manefacture generics of patented drugs. They are the only Country able to do so, you can read about it here-
