My current progress . Need rating and advice

Im 16 and 185 here are pictures of my current progress in looks from 15 to 16
I am looking for advice mainly about my nose thats too wide and my weak lower third
I have issues with bloating or face fat i dont really know wich but i am pretty lean abt 15% and always have fat cheeks and smile lines

Classic insecure teen stuff with the physique, u worked out bc u were insecure abt the rest.
Also stop looking like that in the cam
