-midoxinl 5% topical daily

-ghkcu 1.5mg 5x week (going up to 2mg)

-oral midoxinl 2.5 mg daily (starting next week)

Already a decent stack if you are very prone to hair loss u can try looking into:

Finasteride
Dutasteride
Clascoterone / Breezula

U should absolutly do microneedling, use a 1.5 mm-2.0 mm dermaroller or buy a dermapen for long term investment,
Microneedling not only boosts blood flow on your scalp but it also has synergistic effects with all the compounds you currently have on your stack

great stack in my opinion no need to add more but if you want you can take a look at the usage of topical fin/dut ,also ketoconazole shampoo (2%) might be interesting
