my current water routine

jfl at me barely any of this works bro 😭

skin:
peptide serum for lashes
castor oil for eyebrows
collagen and biotin supps for skin health
cold exposure 2 min daily (submerge whole face in ice water)
basic cleanser/moisturizer/toner daily (no endocrine disruptors)

debloat:
100oz water daily
3:2 potassium / sodium ratio (could be higher but im a lazy fuck)
cold exposure 2 min daily (submerge whole face in ice water)
4x100m sprints

test:
8 hours sleep
hit all micronutrients
supp d3+k/magnesium/zinc
working out 6x week
high cholesterol diet

eye area:
exercises 3x day
vit c / caffeine serum under eye
i literally just fucking fraud every minute i can because ts is pure water

jaw:
mouth + nose tape every night
chewing gum 1-2h a day
thumb pulling to hopefully loosen my maxilla but my genetics are so fucked here it doesn't matter too much

i also just have good hygiene. cold shower every morning, decent cologne picks, dental care, etc.

need some more tips. what else can i even do bro? nt maxxing can only get me so far. js give me some false hope in these comments before i rope
