been 3 weeks and cycle looking great. my cycle for these who dont know https://looksmax.org/threads/my-cycle.1441096/

dropped nandro, meth (dianabol).

feeling good im now weighing 78 kg (increase of 8 kg) and i decided not to go with DNP since its risky as hell and i dont look bloated for some reason. i just stressed about it beacuse i went up in weight but that is muscle most.

didnt saw changes in height still but i bench 110 kg for 7 reps (i benched 102.5 last month) so mirin.

You did NOT gain 0.38kg of muscle a day JFL. Way over half of that 8kg is water.

yeah probably not. but gained CRAZY results in a very short time.

yes, Im surprised. 8kg of progression (already in the 100kg range) is something incredible
@jeff1234 did u feel like u were leaving some reps in reserve?

yes. i train way less harder and im going 2 weeks instead of 4
