I get that he’s trying to check up on me but it’s proven detrimental long term tbh. Sure he can push me to do a couple good things but I’d be better off by now if he let me breathe. He’s too adversarial and dictates too much, also gives too many lectures about back in my day or just nagging.
By now I just ldar unless told to do something, but I should have a genuine desire to do shit rather than because pops said so the other day.
