A lot of towns in Europe are already running out of gas. I told him to wait until this crisis with gas is over but he said he doesn’t want to rely on gas anymore. It’s also expensive as shit and he has to drive around a lot for his work.

Electric cars are ugly as a motherfucker tho, even Teslas look nothing special and get mogged to oblivion by your average Mercedes E class or even BMW 5 that cost less or similar

I heard Teslas are a pain in the ass to get replaced after an accident and it's extremely difficult to repair yourself cause of proprietary parts. Their customer service sucks and they don't send you a temporary car while they send you a new Tesla.

This makes complete sense in Europe. Your dad is high IQ. Europe wants to eventually go fully green, and some have already. No subsidies for fossil fuel AKA expensive and limited gas. Buying an electric in the USA would be retarded however
