Pakistan doesn’t have sharia. It claims to be an Islamic republic but it is essentially a secular state. Anyway, sharia comes from Islamic jurisprudence. And see, getting lynched over witness accounts is called vigilante. It’s just as bad, but you were encouraging it earlier or at least seemed to. I said it’s best to let a court decide. Islamic courts are swift in providing justice, western courts are not.I’m not well versed on sharia tbh, but from what I understand, it’s just based on hadiths and stuff. In application if I’m not mistaken, Pakistan’s constitution is heavily based on islamic teachings including things like blasphemy laws. The issue with that is the fact that it leads to people being lynched over silly witness accounts
