the jew doctor will say that its not a good idea to take prescription medicine ordered off the internet, and they are gonna put you on some bs skin care or give you a prescription to tretinoin unless your skin is wayy too fucked, when you go to the doctor just say that you have tried tretinoin before and it didnt help you much, and also list some other acne treatments and how they just helped you a little bit but not enough, and if all else fails then just order it again to a friends house or something or dig in the trash when your dad throws it away or take the pills out of the box and switch it with something else so your dad thinks he is throwing away the isotretinoin
