What the hell are u talking about lol that isnt true at all. The actual bone has nothing to do with the problem of Limb Lengthening. The muscle and tendon being stretched farther then usual is the major problem.

ah jfl mb bro, i didnt read most of the thread, ur post makes complete sense in context. however tbh mod lef 3 (v diff from a reg lefort 3) is more aesthetically reliable than rhinos, which are quite easy to botch/look uncanny.

op facial surgeries wont rly bring u much tbh. u arent recessed and individual bone mass and features are very hard to change without going deep into the rabbit hole.

The money would be better spent on LL imo. Get to 5'8-5'9 and be average height with good proportions
