So I come home from the gym and we start talking(cant remember the start) and we get to the topic of muscle size. He says if i get to big i cant move but you cant get 2 fucking big if you dont pin.He was also talking ab how size doesn't equal strenght witch like wtf how does that make sense(ig if you inject oil or smtn). At least he got that im not taking him seriously since ig i was smiling and he was serious. I just needed to vent this out cuz wth

Size doesnt always = Movement ability also the term functional muscle if he means yeah the muscle can be so big its useless or dos he mean that you can train a useless muscle group that you wouldnt use on the daily

He also said it ruins mobility, but i get that point it makes sense if you are 300kg fucking Build bodybuilder. But Im getting an astetic build not tryying to look like a frige

Size can come with lowering body fat but it also has to be there thats why if your working out do some heavy set cardio or if theres a sauna use that

no like i mean if you have the size already, definition will come by cutting bf% not "toning" the muscle with more reps. and ofc afer cardio and sauna it will me a loot more definied since you have les water to bloat

Yeah if you have the size you should be losing bf but also you dont want to go on aggressive cut against body fat because muscle is the first thing to go because of how nutrient dense it is

ye im in a slight caloorie deficit since im already kinda lean, im not trying to go 2 low bf% since im 16 and still body uses noutrients to develop

if your in a deficit dont try and carb load as hard but also making time for the gym will in a deficit will do the most for you just try and have some form of caffeine because youll be lower on energy
