he might have the most aggressive NW7 I have ever seen

looks like this. the back of his head (donor area) may be a bit over an inch JFL. its the lowest I've ever seen. also his sides go so far down too.

I just wish I had a nw4-5 pattern at most so I could atleaast cope with hair transplant. how can I get a transplant when I might lose my sides and donor area in the future
