2x20 pushups
3x15 pull-ups
2x15 chin-ups

6-7 Days a week
I do legs once week
 
Why only cali?

I did. gym for 4 years, I’m getting better results with cali cuz i workout at home
I can’t be bothered to go to gym
I think cali is best when combined with weights, but it works well on its own too.
It's defo a lot better than nothing.
