Started out with waking up pretty late lmfao but then i made the same 400kcal banana pancakes and had two glasses of milk with it. Then just had some low cal icecream its made of water then went and trained burned like 700kcal gpt says
. Went home ate 300g of chicken with some shoarma bread. ate like 1200 kcal total after cardio before cardio its like 1800 around
