Depends on what you took, it could have either been 20-40 mcg (one pellet can be 10-20 mcg but there's also those that are 150 mcg). So you either took 20-40 mcg or 300 mcg but considering you experienced what you did, I would say you took 300 mcg. I agree it was a bad idea of you to take another one; it usually takes like an hour for the effects to kick in. I got this "if it makes me puke, I never touch it again" mentality.
