1.sleep, sleep is very important when comes to debloatimg. You should aim to around 7-8 hours of sleep. If you oversleep or undersleep it can bloat you. If something happened and you didn’t sleep one day and woke up bloated from it, taking a nap can really help and remove a lot of bloat.
2.after waking up immediately go and drink a glass of water, no need to explain.
3. After that make some black coffee and aim for about 200mg of caffeine and drink it.
Caffeine can make you pee more.
4.after the coffee chug about half a liter of water.
5.ice your face for two minutes, also self explanatory it has been covered in a lot of threads so if you want go and search it for yourself.
6.gua sha. Although it’s not as important as the other steps it can add a little touch. You can search a lymphatic draining on YouTube and do it takes about 5-10 minutes.
7.potassium to sodium ratio, again it’s something that’s been covered a lot. Do your own research. Try to eat 2-3 bananas and if you want you can supplement it with potassium pills( I don’t know how much tho).
8.drink a ton of water, the more you drink the less water your body holds.
9. I don’t know about the negative side effects of this one, but elevate your head when you sleep, it can limit the fluid build up in your face when sleeping. I elevate it for about 45 degrees.
10.cardio. Cardio, cardio and cardio. Not only it’s good for the long term because if you combine it with a calorie deficit you can burn fat, if you sweat, you get out some water which is what we want. Try to sweat like 3 times a week. I go to a run with a hoodie and it does the job.
So that’s my routine and it works really well for me, but in the end I come more to the approach that everyone should do their own research and find what works best for you because we’re all different. Try to see when your bloated and then think what may have caused that, try to prevent it next time and see what happens. And when you’re debloated also try to think why and try it next time.
