protein bars are shit and high calorie.
get yourself some creme fraiche, eggs, some bacon bits (pre fry it and chop it into fine pieces) and chives, whisk eggs on a low flame until it has the texture of a soup, add the creme, keep whisking it (if it's going too fast just take it off the fire for a little while you continue whisking it then put it back), right before it starts to become thick add the bacon bits and chives, you can put some salt and pepper through it if needed but with the bacon it's not really required.
