my dentist is planning to remove my wisdom teeth (help)

yo,i've heard about the dangers of extracting wisdom teeth,my doc is planning to remove both of my top wisdom teeth because they are not perfectly aligned but they are completely out already,they don't hurt and i'm fine with they being there
the thing is that i'm 21 and i'm so scared that if he removes them it will impact my face structure,i'm already kinda cooked i don't wanna be hideous

does it really affect face structure?

i mentioned i dont want them removed to my mom and when she was talking with him alone i think she mentioned it because he spoke with me a bit and mentioned
"you are going to remove it right?" and because of the pressure from both of them infront of me confronting me about it i agreed but i really don't want to
he said he's planning already on the date to remove them,i hate it its like i don't have a choice because of the pressure from everyone wanting me to do it
