MY DENTIST WANTS TO REMOVE MY WISDOM TEETH PLEASE HELP ME!

i am 21 years old,i have been using braces for almost 3 years now,i had another dentist that told me i was going to have to remove all my wisdom teeth to get space but i'm so scared to remove them,i have heard,seen online and even read on this website the dangers that wisdom teeth removal has,please i need help,i don't know what to do,i heard about MSE but my family can't afford that here in brazil,its literally too expensive,i don't want to get cooked,i'm already kinda cooked but if the wisdom teeth removal fucks up my face i'm gonna actually kms

please someone help me,is it true the dangers of wisdom teeth removal? she told me my top ones are fine but the bottom ones for sure need to go

Wisdom teeth removal does not cause bone resorption in the jaw.
Keeping problematic wisdom teeth can.
Just get them removed if they are going to crowd.

are they impacted? if so get them out, they'll cause more harm then good. I got them out when I was 17 and 1 year later and saw no changes.
