My dentists are planning to remove my bottom wisdom teeth, But i heard it can cause bone loss. What should i do?

Wth is going on with your jaw if you have so little space for you wisdom teeth
But i have them removed aswell just because i didnt want to have any negative side effects of leaving them in when i age, havent noticed anything yet
