He is taking SSRIs that is likely his problem. Even on roids SSRIs will often kill your dick anyway because the problem lies in the serotonin, dopamine and prolactin balance unfortunately. Some serotonin receptors themselves regulate dick and erection function directly even and when activated suppress blood flow, numb sensations etc.. really bad stuff especially with no dopamine receptor and also raised prolactin counterbalance.
