-smashed potato (medium size) with 200 g of chicken breast
-cup of coffee with any fruit available generaly one banana (this before the gym)
-5 eggs
-and for cardio is go and get back from the gym by foot around 1h combined

do not try if you are a pussy boy you will probably nuke your hormones
