200–500 grams of chicken breast

Cottage cheese (when I eat smaller portions of meat around 500 g)

Around 200 grams of spaghetti or other carbs (not every day)

Marmalade or other sugar (but I'm trying to avoid slop that's high in fat)

Bananas

Eggs

Around 1 liter of pasteurized milk almost every day

And sometimes homemade kebabs with chicken, vegetables, and ketchup

Not bad, but do you get your chicken grass fed? Wondering the same about the cottage cheese and milk. Also where tf is the red meat?

True
Sometimes I can have a cheat meal, but the problem is that it's usually high in fat and seed oils

Recently, I’ve been buying meat, milk, and cottage cheese from stores because I’m trying to control my fat intake (I’m trying to cut). It is easily to do like this
Overall, when I was a child I often ate homemade cottage cheese, homemade meat, and homemade milk. Sometimes I even drank a glass of raw milk while it was still fresh

And while I'm cutting, I barely eat other type of meat. But sometimes I do

why
kent said its good
1kg of gummy bears every day
I love sugar and the energy it gives me.
But some candies like kinder, have 30+ grams of fat per 100 grams,so when I want to get some sugar, I often choose things like bananas, marmalade, jelly, etc.
Also honey, but rarely
