I only ever eat sardines, Chicken breast, olive oil, tahini hummus, sweet potatoes for beta caro, carrots, lentils, no sun but suppliment vitamin D, pumpkin seeds for hair, frozen strawberries and blueberries, and lots of green tea and water. Boiled/steamed/raw only

Im very kantian i ate like this for 7 months, bye social life n its hard to keep weight up, i had only a spoon of nutella and it lwk caused me a panic attack

You realize how big an industry this addiction is, people look at ME like im the crackhead for cooking and paying attention to what i put in me body lol
