Eating lot of meat, vegetables and water and less carbs made my UEE decrease a LOT.
I eat probably 50-60g of carbs a day, 100-150g of proteins and 4liters of water. Also get some vitamin D supplements and other vitamin supplements that I randomly take. I get vegetables too. I get lots of fats too but that's obvious.
Everybody should hop on that diet ASAP.
