So I'm going to be listening all of my unhealthy diets (and all of these diets started before i was 13).

Number one: soft food diet. So this diet Started because I thought I was bleeding from my gums because I ate something hard,

So I only started eating soft foods like Toast and my drinks were only water,

Number two: My starvation diet. This diet started because I realized I was a fat ass, And I wanted to get skinnier,

But instead of running and working out,
I only ate One small meal consisting of some water and some small baked goods for the Entire day,

And the starvation diet made me lose a lot of weight tbh.

i would literally drink no more than 1 bottle of water a day because i would have almost have a mental breakdown everytime i saw the numbers go up on the scale jfl
