One baked drumstick (220 calories), two small (2 inch long) potatoes (60 calories), two brown rice cakes (70 calories), two small (2 inch long) sweet peppers (40 calories), some parsley (10 calories), 20 g collagen peptides (70 calories)

Total calories is 470 calories.

I am at 118 lbs, which is pretty much my minimum; the lightest I’ve been recently was 117 lbs. Even if I starve myself, I don’t get any lower than that.
