This is the diet i am currently following:-
Morning breakfast:- 1 bowl of 27g high protein dark choco oats with added whey protein combined with shredded chicken/beef and 6 egg white plus 2 whole eggs
Mid Morning:- Curd Fruit/vegetable salad (I use papaya, Cucumber, carrot, beetroot 2 clove of ginger garlic)
Lunch:- half a bowl rice with 150g chicken/fish/duck/lamb or beef whatever is available and veggies with lentil soup
Pre-workout:- Pomegranate beetroot juice with 1tbsp shilajit added
Post workout:- 150g Chicken Breast/beef steak/fish/duck/lamb whatever is available with veggies like carrot? Cucumber beetroot
Dinner:- 100g Chicken/fish/beef whatever is available with veggies
Supplements i am currently taking:- Vitamin D3+K2 calcium citrate, Collagen, Glutathione, Vitamin C with zinc, magnesium, multivitamin, shilajit, Ashwagandha.
How is my diet what kinda improvement i need tell mee??
