My difficult situation

So I want to start mewing (is this cope or not @28yo?), but my nose is messed up and I breath poorly through it, hence why I mouth breath, which essententially led to my downward growth.

I figure I get a rhinoplasty would fix my nose breathing and would allow me to mew, but problem is, I assume my nose would look horrific after if I actually achieve mewing results

I also want to get lefort 1 to improve my breathing, get rid of nasal folds and widen my nose tip. Not sure if I should do high Lefort 1, or Lefort 1 w/ ccw rotation

Any suggestions?

Also, is it just me or is my breathing area constricted because of my jaw?

I can tell by the x ray that you got a Jew nose, try fixing that with rhino.

The "jew nose" is due to a recessed maxilla. Getting a rhino with a bad maxilla doesnt look good

MLF2 goes uptill the orbitals. Covers more area and the entire upper maxilla along with the infras.in most cases infras are recessed too

Lefort I advancement
Correct nasal tip, nose & improve breathing

Stage II
Excision of dermatochalasis with lift
Orbital repositioning, periorbital osteotomies bilateral w/ bone graft

I don't understand half of it tbh, but I think it's some form of a mlf3

I wouldn't want to get all this done if mewing would work tbh
