25 mg epl daily + 25 mg hctz before an event (dosed day before and afternoon of)

Planning to up to 50 mg of epl daily once with preworkout once after breakfast

Yes but hctz only ed is shit I feel really shit when I use it and it’s also just inferior to epl as it doesn’t debloat as much and also doesn’t stop water retention at the source. Had to try that these past 2 weeks and it helped a lot but only at 25-50 mg/day. Now that I’m out of both I can tell you epl is just better
