I did it with Ancestry DNA but their results for us ethnics are kinda bad so I need to use qpAdm and vahaduo but idk how to use those programs so if anyone can help dm me
95% Western Himalayas and Hindu Kush (Basically Afghanistan and Pakistan, see what I mean its too vague)
2% Indo Gangetic Plain (Basically Pakistan and North India)
3% Southwest India

commercial dna is just ass for me it said 5% ssa but the high concetration of IBM in me which some ppl speculate 30% like ssa but its ass what u need to is take ur raw dna file and do qpadm

its hella hard i got some guy to model me with it
