breakfast: almond milk + one wholemeal biscuits
then for snack (4pm) one apple and one orange or orange juice
then for dinner and lunch i can eat those foods =
fish,avocado,green veggies(spinach) carrots with olive oil or raw, tomatoes, beans, pumpkin, sweat potatoes and eggs
then other things i can eat spelled wholemeal rice, chicken (white meat), blueberries, strawberries, melons
ofc with at least 3lt of water daily
what do yall think
