My doctor is cooking me.

My doctor refuses to prescribe me anything helpful. I've had significant issues with acne, so he prescribed me minocycline, which kinda helped with my facial acne but caused redness and did absolutely nothing for my back acne (which I've had for years). Recently I got blood tested to check my liver health in order to get on Accutane. When my blood results came back, he literally told me they were perfect and that nothing was out of the ordinary, but he STILL refused to prescribe Accutane, even though that was the main reasons for getting the blood test. I've also noticed my hair is thinning more and more, but he refuses to prescribe me anything for hair loss as well. At this point I don't even know what to do. I've looked at buying it online, but it's expensive and I don't trust that it won't get seized. Should I just keep trying to get it prescribed, or give up at this point?
