I got some jaw related issues since childhood, whose my kind of retarded parents didnt cared about, and one of those Is that I suffer from dislocated jaw, witch is fucking annoying (talking modulation, sleeping issues, pain, etc) so I recently told all this shit to my orthodontist doctor, he asked some questions, who had me do some tests like biting, chewing, eating, etc.
After a couple of consultations, they told me they would continue investigating my case and they said I had a couple of issues with my facial expressions, speaking, and even breathing. So they suggested a routine for me, including improving my oral posture and doing some weird exercises with my mouth and breathing. One of those exercises was to keep my tongue on the roof of my mouth, kinda mewing. Surprised, I said, "Oh, is it like that internet mewing stuff?" And he basically said that he had no fucking clue of what I was talking about.
I thought mewing was just some weird invention by that aspie guy Mike Mew jfl
