My dopamine detox starts now

• No masturbation;
• No pornography;
• No movies, TV shows or programs;
• No hot showers;

I will still watch Real Madrid play and post on this forum, though.

I want to get rid of pornography and masturbation entirely as well as hot showers, though I will go back to listening to music next year because music is wonderful. While I will miss Led Zeppelin songs, they will sound even better when I listen to them after half a year.

This is all part of my mentalmaxing plan.

No Tiktok for me. Not because of the detox. I was never into TikTok anyway. Keep TikTok if you want. Cut out the most dopamine inducing things like pornography, masturbation, junk food, music, and social media in general except Looksmax.org.
