My dopamine is so fried

Is there any point to life besides dopamine farming? Even if you build a family and stuff its still just for dopamine right?

At the end if the day the depression and tiredness hit hard, I think the solution is to stop dopamine farming but than ill feel numb and like shit fir a few days
