I don't even enjoy porn or video games anymore. How can you be a grown man and still be playing video games I don't get it. Doesn't it get boring after a while? Or are my dopamine receptors so fried that I don't even enjoy doing that?

I've read quitting all electronic devices. All social media for a while (I guess you realizewhen u are receiving dopamime from doing an activity. I am getting it right know as I write nigga) I just made a post earlier asking something related to your issue. I recommend reading easy paesy for quitting porn and fapping. Although I still don't quit (god bless me and be it today) I recognize that it made me understand a lot of issues and what the book says is true
