I have very low energy and low mood even though my test levels are pretty decent 750ng/dl.

Not sure what I can do to fix this. Still will probably try roid levels. More is better

Sleep is quite poor. I can’t really sleep more than 5 hours per day. TSH levels are still within range but higher than ideal.

Diet is okay
