depends on the validity of my thinking, but probably not. there is a chance she wasn't doing it to string him along, since he is htn, but you really never know. women will ask guys out just to play with them because they see them as inferior, knowing that they are insecure and will "ruin" it, which is exactly what happened here. if she really liked him, she wouldn't have been that upset about what he said, so either she only liked him a little bit and seen him as an option, or was doing it for nefarious reasons.
