My E2 is fucked, please help

My E2 came in at 61, when 39 was top end of reference range, I have armidex on hand, how do i dose it properly to not crash my E2 all the way. Preciate any advice

Take half the pill. Should be around 0.5mg. If you can go further, divide it again and take 0.25mg a day. It should be a reasonable dose that won’t crash your E2.

my pills are thankfully 0.25mg, should i take it like every other day and get retested in a few weeks or so?
