Age: 18
Weight: ~70 kg/154 pounds
Bodyfat: Lean
Cycle: Test E @ 300–350 mg/week (eod injections)
Injection schedule:

  • 1st pin: 30 units (≈75 mg)
  • 2nd pin: 35 units (≈87.5 mg)
  • 3rd pin: 37 units (≈93 mg)
  • Now stable at 35–37 units eod for ~350 mg/week
    HCG: 250 IU every injection
AI: Aromasin 12.5 mg only when nipple sensitivity starts
BP control: Telmisartan 20 mg when needed
Additional: Dutasteride 1 mg every 10 days

Why I Think I’m a Hyper-Responder

I’m only a few injections in and I’ve already noticed changes most people don’t get until week 3–6. I’m reacting unusually strong, both mentally and physically.

Here’s everything I experienced:

1. Libido exploded within 48 hours

Not just slightly higher libido — I mean crazy.
Morning wood, random erections, constant arousal.
Way above normal physiological TRT effects.

Most people don’t get this until week 3–4.

2. Anxiety disappeared almost instantly

Before TRT I overthought everything and had intrusive anxious thoughts.
Now it’s like my brain switched modes:

  • Calm confidence
  • Barely any fear
  • No more overthinking
  • Mood stable
  • More decisive
  • Lower emotional reactivity

3. Hunger went through the roof

Within the first days I was eating 6–7 meals a day without even trying.
Extreme hunger like I was starving — despite being hydrated and fed.

4. Strength jumped insanely fast

Zercher deadlifts went from struggling to:

  • first session 30 kg/side + bar
  • next session increased reps and still felt strong
  • soreness lasted days but recovered way faster than natural

5. Massive water intake + thirst

I’ve been drinking nonstop.
My body feels like it's demanding hydration constantly.

Again, some people get this on 400–500 mg, not 300 mg.

6. Body temp + sweating increased

I’m sweating more even at rest. Hands warm.
Morning heart rate higher. Metabolism clearly upregulated.

7. Blood pressure response

I had fluctuating blood pressure spikes:

  • morning: 140/65
  • after telmisartan and hydration: 125/48

My body reacts strongly to hormones.
And BP dropped FAST once controlled — that’s another sign my body is sensitive to hormonal shifts.

8. Nipples got sensitive VERY fast

Within days I felt:

  • slight soreness when touching
  • a tiny ball forming under the nipple
  • sensitivity coming and going

Most people don’t feel estrogenic effects until week 3+.
I needed Aromasin 12.5 mg early in the cycle to calm it.

After taking it, nipple sensitivity reduced the same day.

9. Recovery is insane

I trained legs hard, especially Zerchers, and instead of 3–5 days of soreness, I had:

  • severe soreness day 1
  • almost recovered by day 2–3
  • still able to train upper body

Sleep was terrible but I still didn’t feel destroyed.
That’s not normal for a natural athlete.

10. Mega sleep reduction

I slept horribly but still:

  • energy high
  • no fatigue crash
  • training intensity stays high

Would i reccomend people to use trt?
hell yes.

No pic, did not read a single word. You're more likely delusional.

You are 18 years old, this is probably your first cycle, it's test only. Don't go calling yourself an hyper-responder now. People usually have this preconceived notion that their going to be Ronnie after hopping on gear. I'm not criticizing your choices, I'm just telling you to take it down a notch.

Probably had low/lower-than-normal T at the start so effects seem exaggerated

Okay this is already better. Of course you're going to feel better; testosterone regulates everything in us men, even confidence. Good for you to share your experience as to point other potential users in the right direction. I respect your decision, no criticism about this. Good luck and be careful.
