Hi guys, I really need help right now. I’m so lost. I’m turning 14 in a month and I’ve had an eating disorder for many years now. I have a very bad binge disorder.


I was obese all my younger years, but I lost 25 kg when I was 11 through starving myself. Since then, I’ve been stuck in an endless cycle of OMAD on school days and then 20k calories on weekends, and it’s taking the life out of me.


I don’t leave the house on weekends because I physically can’t due to how bloated I always am. I skipped half a school year just because of binging and being so bloated and disgusted with myself that I couldn’t even go out.


I really need help. I’m basically not living anymore. I’ve tried eating three healthy meals a day to avoid binging, but it always ends up with me binging anyway. That’s why I do OMAD most days, so I don’t gain weight and don’t get triggered to binge.

skipped school for half a year? just think about how good you'll look when you stop, otherwise you'd need drugs.

This is not the best advice, but may work for some. Eat as much as you need to get full, avoid unhealthy foods of course. You need calories to grow at your age. Eat similarly every day, this will make sure your body gets used to it. Workout 4 times a week and go for a 1 mile(european mile) run 2 times a week or at most 4 times a week. This will build a better frame which will still look passable even when you eat slightly more. Try this for a month, eat til you get full if you can't do that, get therapy

skipped school for half a year? just think about how good you'll look when you stop, otherwise you'd need drugs.
I was absent for more than half the year i ment and i dont know where im supposed to get drugs
