I literally lay down on my bed and I started remembering bad memories and death in the family literally and I started crying is this normal? Or maybe I should check the doctor idk

Idk bro I wake up everyday and wish I was dead and have no feelings towards anything but you gotta keep on going, atleast until your parents die because it’s fucked up to kill your self and put them through that
