aight so I'm planning a sort of progressive bignibbamaxxing to increase my lifts and size hard until May 31st, here's how I'm planning it to go:
Up until May 8th:
  • 1.5 scoops of whey and 1.5 cups of milk post workout (with ramen)
  • 2 cartons of milk during lunch about 2 days per week (with the usual cheeseburger and pizza)
  • some ice cream :incel:

May 9th to the 31st:
  • ON mass gainer for breakfast
  • 2 scoops of whey with 2 cups of milk and TWO packs of ramen post-workout
  • 2 cartons of chocolate milk during lunch
  • lots of ice cream :chad:
